You can use any ammonia-free glass cleaner with a soft microfiber towel to clean your windows on the inside. Never use a razor blade to clean tinted windows. 

If windows are rolled down too soon after the installation, the tint can peel off. If this happens, we can replace windows at a low cost circumstances. To avoid this, we recommend keeping your windows up for a minimum of five days.

One of the biggest differences between these two types of window tint is what they're made out of. While dyed film consists of polyethylene, dye, and other types of UV blockers, ceramic window tint is designed from layers of microscopic particles of titanium nitride and film. Ceramic window tint is stronger than other types of film. It outperforms almost any other option on the market, which can benefit your vehicle in a number of ways. Dyed window films have been known to lose their color over time, but this doesn't happen with ceramic window tint ( which ensures you get your money's worth out of it). 

Ceramic tint, such as Rayno, has the ability to block up to 99 % of cancer-causing UVA and UVB radiation while filtering up to 96% of infrared heat (IR). Unlike dyed window film, ceramic window film contains ceramic particles that refract IR rays in different directions, preventing them from entering the car’s cabin. This difference is very noticeable, especially if you’re stuck in traffic on a hot, sunny day.

D-Ray Kustomz provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty against fading, peeling, bubbling, rippling, cracking, adhesive failure, delimitation, and demoralization for as the customer retains ownership of the originally tinted vehicle. Warranty is void if tint has been subject to abuse or cared form properly, for example, but not limited to:

• Not leaving windows rolled up for five days following installation.
• Using an ammonia-based window cleaner.

The warranty does NOT cover damage done to the film, e.g., seatbelt “chips” or any other damage related to the treatment of the film including but not limited to theft or window breakage. D-Ray Kustomz is not responsible for any defects arising from or attributable to the vehicle manufacturer, window manufacture, manufactures of any component used in the tinting process, or any other third-party actions. D-Ray Kustomz is not responsible for violations of law arising from improper use of tinting.
