LIMITED WARRANTY

D-Ray Kustomz provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty against fading, peeling, bubbling, rippling, cracking, adhesive failure, delamination, and demetalization for as long as the customer retains ownership of the originally tinted vehicle. Warranty is void if tint has been subject to abuse or cared for improperly, for example, but not limited to:

• Not leaving windows rolled up for 5 days following installation.
• Using ammonia-based window cleaner.

The warranty does NOT cover damage done to the film, e.g., seatbelt “chips” or any other damage related to the treatment of the film including but not limited to theft or window breakage. D-ray Kustomz is not responsible for any defects arising from or attributable to the vehicle manufacturer, window manufacturer, manufacturer of any component used in the tinting process, or any other third-party actions. D-Ray Kustomz is not responsible for violations of law arising from improper use of tinting.
